CS&N, Yoko and The Fore

It’s been 40 years since the team of David Crosby, Stephen Stills and Graham Nash played their first gig together at Woodstock (yes, that “Woodstock”!).

Now they’re planning a new concert tour that’ll take ‘em through North America and Europe! On June 3, they start the tour in St. Louis, Missouri. continue their journey with a 2009 concert tour of North America and Europe, beginning in St. Louis, MO on Wednesday, June 3, 2009.

It’ll end at the Bank of America Pavilion in Boston, MA eleven days later (though a second North American tour is already slated and will run from August through September, it’ll be announced in a few weeks).

Then CSN will play the famous 2009 Glastonbury Festival on June 29 (the show’s already sold out!).

YOKO ONO is putting her artwork to good use this coming Thursday as she unveils her new mural, Promise Peace, in support of the non-profit org, Autism Speaks.
Now, what makes this work really unique is that it’s to be broken into 58 signed puzzle pieces that’ll be auctioned off throughout the month, with the stipulation that they’ll be re-united and re-assembled when a cure for autism is found.

Thanks, in part, to celebs like Jenny McCarthy and “MASH’s” William Christopher - both of whom have children who are autistic — the public is becoming better informed and involved in the fight against autism.  Yoko’s art is taking it a step further and making that involvement more interactive.
Besides, it’s an interesting mural with an equally interesting and inventive purpose …

FROM THE FORE-FRONT

Man, talk about fan-friendly:

This past weekend, The Fore played a gig in Sutton, UK and found a pretty high contingent of young French fans rockin’ in the audience.

So, to honor them, Nathan Persad (drummer), who was singing lead vocals on their hit, Man Of Few Words, shifted gears on the chorus and sang it in French in their honor!
They also had a new convert, as such:  Perhaps a bit skeptical of the lively, Sixties-tinged sounds of the lads, a young man — a die-hard heavy-metallist — came along to keep his friends company.  Well, it wasn’t long before he started rockin’ to the Fore beat … and now is a big fan of the band!

Oh … remember to tune in to ArtistFirst on Saturday, April 11 at 12 Noon EST for the bands’ interview and music from their CD, Run and Hide.

Now … while I’m reworkin’ the sched to get all my work done before I fall asleep at the board againnnnn (yep. Last night. Finally got that “F5″ key outta my forehead …), keep yer eyes on the skies, yer feet on the ground, yer heart with the music …
and I’ll see ya on the flip side!

It Was The Beatles’ Week (and more …)

Awright … if this is about The Beatles, then what’s Spandau Ballet doin’ in the pic?  Shouldn’t it’ve been the Fab Four?

Wellll, it’s because this particular band, who’s reunited and gonna perform in their hometown of London, sold out their 20 October show at the O2 Arena in 20 minutes!

Sure, it wasn’t as fast as tix sales for Sir Paul’s gig (possibly a world record [seriously!] at seven seconds), but that ain’t bad!  Now, speakin’ of Macca and those other three guys he gigged with …

THIS WEEK IN … BEATLES HISTORY

In 1961 (1 Apr), John, Paul, George and Pete  Best took on 92 consecutive shows in Hamburg (it was their second run)!  When ya think about how some of today’s acts (in any genre) complain about doin’ even two in a row, ya gotta admire these guys (as well as other Brit bands who’d do the same thing!) for their determination and tenacity.
And remember: this was Hamburg, which meant it had to be loud, fast and hard in order for the band to survive the rough venues!

1964 (31 Mar) provided a chart event that has yet to be duplicated, as The Fab Four had the top five positions on the Billboard charts!  They were: (1) Can’t Buy Me Love; (2) Twist and Shout; (3) She Loves You; (4) I Want To Hold Your Hand and (5) Revolution (Just kidding. Wanted to see if you were listening … it’s actually) Please Please Me.
Now, in Canada, they had nine out of their Top Ten while, in Australia, six outta Ten!

In 1968 (2 Apr), the lads went before a photo montage (and some of Madame Tussaud’s wax figures) to create the album cover for Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band.
The cover really fanned the flames of the “Paul Is Dead” fires (see if you can find “hints”, then tell us about ‘em in our “comments” if ya want).

Interesting that, among the characters you see behind and around JPG&R, two were pulled just before the photo shoot:  Adolph Hitler and Jesus Christ!

In 1970 (1 Apr), the last Beatle played the last notes at the last recording session … alone!  Ringo was the only one of the band to show, and laid down the percussion for The Long And Winding Road, Across The Universe and I, Me, Mine.
But, on the same day, John and Yoko decided to play an April Fools’ joke on the press, releasing a statement that they were both gonna have sex change operations!

NOW … A BREAK FOR SOME NEWS:

One of the greatest tragedies in music history occurred on April 1, 1984, when soul superstar Marvin Gaye was killed. Allegedly, Marvin was trying to keep his mother from being shot by his own father when he took the bullet instead.
Well, to commemorate the 25th anniversary of that terrible day (and what would have been Marvin’s 70th birthday the next day), a candlelight vigil is gonna be held this coming Wednesday at sunset. It’ll be at the site of his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

One of the most exciting areas of England is the Beatles’ hometown of Liverpool. Now, many of our UK readers can attest to that, but, for you statesiders who haven’t had the opportunity to check out this amazing seaport city, here’s your chance to visit … and see the town as the Fab Four did!
Just click the link after our sign-off and find out how you can order the book that’ll put you right in the middle of the town that made modern music history!

Well, that’s it for this report. But stay tuned … there’s more to come in less than twelve hours! I’ll see ya then … on the flip side!

Kenny Rogers … THERAPIST?!

It was simple, really:  Lights out at 8:30 for Earth Day, light candle.  Cat gets too curious.  Run for water to put out cat.  Trip over dog in the dark.  Run back, grab cup of coffee from table and douse.  Now house smells like horse hair and cat has caffeine fix.  Happy Earth Day!

KENNY ROGERS … THERAPIST??

Well, according to a study based in London, he is!

Actually, in a report published this past Monday, researchers say that his music apparently provided the most therapeutic benefit to recovering stroke victims!
But (and goin’ by that pic up there to your left), I can’t help wondering which Kenny Rogers they’re talkin’ about.

In a related story, there was a similar study awhile back that showed the late John Denver’s music was the most therapeutic for victims of depression.

Now, this one has a bit of proof behind it.  Back in the late ’70s to early ’80s, there were controlled studies that showed exactly the same thing!
And, in 1976, I ventured into a “greasy spoon” dive where some late-night down-and-outers were pourin’ their sad tales out over strong coffee while the jukebox was blarin’ some disastrously sad country tunes.  I mean, the whole aura was gloomy.

As an experiment, I took a quarter, shot it into the machine and punched the one upbeat song they had:  Thank God I’m A Country Boy (by Denver).  When it came on, the sad-sacks began to get agitated; they looked at me like I was gonna be tomorrow’s obituary.

Then, something strange happened …

About a quarter-way through the song, they started … laughing!  They became more animated, more jovial!  A couple of them came over to the jukebox and put two more quarters in, so they could play the song again … back-to-back!

So maybe there is something to this, after all!  And, if John Denver and Kenny Rogers can do it, then what does that say about music as a whole??

Hey … maybe you know someone who’s been helped, in medical or psychological situations, by music!  If so, gimme a shout-out by email or just leave a message at the tone … er, at the end of this post (comments section), okay?

In the meantime, check out the fantastic album by John Denver at the end of this post. I’ve already got it, and, believe me, you’ll be listenin’ to these songs over and over as you take a trip down a pleasant memory lane! And, yes, his music does make ya feel good inside! C’mon … give it a click …

Hey … meet me back here in about 12, okay? Until then, keep your eyes on the skies, your feet on the ground, your heart with the music
and I’ll see ya on the flip side!

Beatles 101?

SPECIAL REMINDERBefore we start tonight’s thrilling (yeah. right. uh-huh …) post, lemme remind ya that TODAY IS EARTH DAY, and that, around the world, lights will go off for ONE HOUR (from 8:30-9:30 PM in every time zone) in a solid voice against global warming. Here … read this (UNH-unh … AFTER ya finish the post, okay??) and join in …

Have ya heard about the new MA (Master of Arts) course bein’ offered by Liverpool’s Hope University?  It’s called The Beatles, Popular Music And Society and can be completed in one year!

Now, when this story first broke, the question on more than a few of today’s kids asked “What was so great about The Beatles?  Why don’t they just call it “Popular Music and Society”?  That would include today’s music!”

Hmmmm … what, oh, what was so great about The Beatles.  Hey — I’ve got an idea!  You can either (a) Google™ their name, (b) ask anyone who lived in the Sixties and Seventies or (c) call any radio station in the world!

Now, as far as the rest of the course’s name:  Each topic is interlocking.  The Beatles introduced the quality songwriting, vocal and instrumental expansion, and arrangements that changed the entire face of popular music.

Of course, society has been effected by their music: From the feel-good tempo of their earliest songs to the pensiveness of their later works (as exhibited first on their Rubber Soul LP) and John Lennon’s advocacy of and work for peace, the entire Earth family has been influenced in one way or another…

The course is set to begin in September, with tuition set at about three thousand pounds.

Well, that’s it for now, but stay tuned … there’ll be more to come shortly …

See ya on the flip side …

Turnin’ It Up A Notch

Hey … didja see the new(ish) banner up there??
What it means is that the double-E’s gonna be e-x-p-a-n-d-i-n-g yer fave rock stop to include more rock news and views — that means both classic and modern!
After all, it is a ROCK REPORT, right??  Only one requirement:  Whether about acts, facts, sacks or quacks, it’s still gonna be in line with what we’ve jawjacked about here for so long:  genuine, upbeat vibes with no additives!

That bein’ said, let’s get on to this early edition, okay:

STAR-GAZING

Look … throughout the world (and starting in our own areas), there are so many who need a helping hand — especially with the world’s economy bent outta shape.
That’s why it’s great to know that many of our favorite stars — whether in music, TV, movies or sports — and doing somethin’ to help ease the suffering a bit.
It’s through an org called Look To The Stars and, I’m tellin’ ya, they’re doin’ a fab job of it!

Here’s just one project they’re workin’ on right now: The stars are promoting EARTH DAY (which happens this Saturday, btw), and askin’ people to turn off their lights for only one hour (from 8:30 to 9:30 PM wherever you live). Their target? One billion people to show their commitment to fighting climate change.
But there’s so much more, and the site gives you a chance to get updates on their work by e-mail! (yep … I’ve been gettin’ ‘em for a long time now …) HIGHLY recommended, people …

NOWHERE BOY GOIN’ NOWHERE??

Looks like the upcoming John Lennon biopic, “Nowhere Boy,” is in trouble.
Based on his half-sister (Julia Baird)’s 2007 book, “Imagine This: Growing Up With My Brother John Lennon,” author Geoffrey Giuliano says that the research he did for an earlier Lennon bio (also by Julia) was used in this one, and he should be entitled to half her earnings from upcoming film! Btw, it’s set to open sometime next year.

No, I didn’t understand it either! Lemme go back and re-read.
Nope. But I’ll keep you updated just as soon as it makes sens … er, as soon as there are any new developments.

Okay … that’s it for this issue. Gonna get back to our regular time this evenin’, so stay tuned. In the meantime,
Keep your eyes on the skies, your feet on the ground, your heart with the music … and I’ll see ya on the flip side.

The £20 Forgery (and KISS)

Okay … to all UK Rockaholics (now, follow me on this):

Open yer wallets/purses.  Take out any twenty pound bills you might have.  Put them up to the light and look for the watermark of The Queen.

Ummm … if it looks a little like that guy over on the left, ya just might wanna go by the constable’s office and report it.

Y’see, there’ve been some forgers who’ve been paying for goods with the bogus £20 notes, and, at times, gotten away with it (Ryman’s in Gravesend, Kent, a reputable stationary shop, was one of the victims)!

It’s not uncommon for counterfeits and forgeries to pop up, natch … but … why Boy George??  I mean, this cat isn’t even worth a one pound note, much less a £20!
(btw, the Lolitan lummox is now spending 15 months in a lockup due to imprisoning a male escort.)

KISS and … DR. PEPPER?!?

The Demon Himself, Gene Simmons, has finally broken his silence about KISS’s first new studio album in over a decade.
He also recently discussed his latest product-endorsing ad campaign:

“It’s a busy time. Kiss is recording its first new album in ten years and we’re rehearsing for the South American stadium tour, which starts April 1st. Then we head to start the Canadian tour.”
But what’s up with this ad endorsement?
“We did a Dr Pepper commercial, which should be on the air at the beginning of the month.”

The new commercial featuring “Dr. Love” (Simmons) launches on 30 March, 2009 on network and cable television in the states It’s said to feature Simmons in full KISS “Demon” regalia and, it is also reported that, Nick Simmons, Gene’s son, will also star in the commercial.

Bruce Springsteen To Headline Pete Seeger’s Charity Birthday Concert

Bruce Springsteen, Eddie Vedder, Steve Earle, Ben Harper, Tom Morrello and Billy Bragg have been confirmed to perform at Pete Seeger’s 90th birthday gig in May, with proceeds going to charity.

Also set to perform at the gig at Madison Square Garden on May 3 are Dave Matthews, John Mellencamp, Emmylou Harris, Joan Baez, Kris Kristofferson and many more. The show is set to benefit the Hudson River Sloop Clearwater, a non-profit organization created to defend and restore the Hudson River.

From the charity’s website: “Clearwater is a 106-foot wooden sailing sloop designed after 18th and 19th century Dutch sailing sloops. In 1966, folk singer and activist Pete Seeger had the vision that the public would come to care for all of our threatened waterways by learning to care for one boat and one river. He inspired a group of dedicated people who made the dream a reality. Launched in 1969, Clearwater serves as a moveable classroom, laboratory, stage, and forum. More than a dozen national and international programs have successfully modeled programs after those pioneered by Clearwater.”

Tickets for the show will cost $19.19 (honoring the birth year of the folk legend — 1919) to $250. They go on sale March 30 at 9am on Ticketmaster. More information about the show can be found here.

NOTE: If you’re not familiar with Pete Seeger (one of the most influential folk artists and songwriters of 20th Century America — and inspiration for acts like Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen and The Byrds, then you should get his amazing album, Pete Seeger at 89. Just clik here for more information!! (PS It’s highly Relicommended!)

Well, that’s it for this edition — but stay tuned, ’cause there’s more to come in less than 24! Until then, I’ll …
see ya on the flip side.

TUNE IN … (and FACING THE TWITTER)

ATTENTION — ALL FANS OF THE FORE (present and future)

Here’s your chance to hear the band live — no matter where ya live (and I know yer out there, ’cause the RelicMail don’t lie!):

All ya gotta do is tune in to the ArtistFirst Radio Network on Saturday April 11th at TWELVE noon EDT (New York time)
for the live interview with THE FORE!
(man, it’s easy to remember: 11 at 12! Now ya can’t forget!).

They’ll be playing cuts from their new, hit album “Run and Hide”, so tune in by clicking this link http://wms.artistfirst.fastserv.com/artistfirst (hey … go on and click there now, and bookmark it for the Big Day!) They’ll be on for the full hour on The ArtistFirst Radio Network.

Oh … and check this out: You can e-mail the station during the show for free CD and T-shirt giveaways! Man, ya can’t do better than that if ya tried

FACING THE TWITTER

I’ve gotta admit … the double-E’s got both a Twitter and a Facebook page.  These two applications are excellent to not only let people know what you’re up to, but also to make some decent friends in the process!
Still, I can’t understand why John Mayer would rather lose Jennifer Aniston than give his “tweeting” a rest.  I always thought yer “tweetie” would be more interesting that your “tweeting”.
IMHO, Facebook is a lot better, because it’s a lot more interactive … and you can add a lot more to it than just yer writing.
So why are more people interested in (and hooked on) Twitter?  It’s because you can add your words via cell phone, you don’t have to do much more than just tell people how you’re feeling — no pics, no music, no add-ons.

Mayer’s, as with anyone else, has to get his priorities together (that is, if these reports are true).  If someone puts his tweeting before his tweety, then he’s definitely gonna need to do just that!

Now … with all that bein’ said, I’m gonna cut-and-print here and get down to some serious relax for about 300 or so.  But I’ll be back a little later this evening, so stay tuned!  Until then …

see ya on the flip side!

The World of Misheard Lyrics …

Hmph … another slow news day (Hey!  Don’t blame ME!)

Y’know, in the Sixties, there were thousands of songs that were played and enjoyed … even while some of us misheard the lyrics to some of ‘em.  Those are called mondegreens, and are even more common in today’s music.

Of course, the most well-known of these tunes was Louie Louie by The Kingsmen.  For years, nobody really knew what the lyrics meant — at least until the composer, Richard Berry, wrote ‘em down for everyone to see.

Probably the most famous misheard lyrics in rock were sung by The Beatles.  For example:
To the elderly generation back in ‘67, “the girl with kaleidoscope eyes” (from Lucy In The Skies) became “the girl with colitis goes by”.
Others, of course, include the famous references to Paul’s “death and burial” (such as John’s famous “I’m bloody bored” — at extreme end of Strawberry Fields Forever –, which was mistakenly heard as “I buried Paul”.

While Creedence Clearwater Revival’s “Bad Moon Rising” had “there’s a bad moon on the rise” and not “there’s a bathroom on the right”, the song “Randy Scouse Git” by the Monkees was full of ‘em (I mean, “mondegreens”, not “bathrooms”).
In fact, the title (while rudely referring to The Beatles) was so understandably repulsive to the English (ummm … just ask yer UK friends, okay?  I don’t even wanna write it here!) that, on its 45 RPM labels there, it was just called “Alternate Title”.

But the lyrics “four kings of EMI” (again, referring to the Fab Four) were heard by some as “four kings from million miles” while “valet at the door” became “ballet at the door”.

On the Rolling Stones’ hit, Jumpin’ Jack Flash, the lyrics “Jumpin’ Jack Flash is a gas, gas, GASSS!” were misinterpreted by more than a few as “jump back fast, ‘cuz I just passed GASSS!”

Yeah!  Honestly!!

Sooo, we go back to the Beatles, who “sang” that (ahem!)
“she was a Gayyy Stripper,” and ”you say goodbye, and I say ‘hell, no’”.

Hey … this works in favor of today’s thrash metal songs, though:  They can’t be misinterpreted.

I mean, how can ya do that when you don’t know what they’re sayin’ to begin with??

Okay … more in less than 12, yardbirds!  If you’re in dreamland by then, you’ll have a new post waitin’ for ya when ya wake up.
So, I’ll see ya on the flip side!

C’MON … MONKEE AROUND A LITTLE!!

Now you can enjoy the first two seasons of the Prefab Four’s famed TV series for less than you’d find in a record or department store!
So, c’mon … What Are (You) Doin’ Hangin’ ‘Round?? Ya don’t have to take the Last Train to Clarksville to do it! Just click to yer upper right for Season 1 and/or for Season 2!

One Heckuva Gimmick (and More …)

I hereby promise that I’ll never complain about Slipknot or GWAR again!
Actually, the characters ya see to your left are in a real band! Hailing from Boston and New York, they call themselves the Upper Crust. They’re (ummm … are ya ready for this? Might wanna have a Tylenol™ handy just in case):
Lord Bendover (guitar, vocals), Count Bassie (bass, vocals), the Duc D’istortion (guitar, vocals) and Jackie Kickassis (drums).
And, no, I’m not makin’ this up!

These characters — obviously influenced by the mid-Sixties band, The Snobs (remember them?  They donned the wigs and costumes — even pinched snuff [today, they’d call it snorted] while onstage) — do have one thing on their side:  If ya look beyond the gimmick, these guys can rock!

But I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again:  If ya need a “gimmick” to get across to yer audience, it means ya don’t have enough faith in your music!  Either that, or you just aren’t that good!

Now, somebody’s gotta be thinkin’:  Well, it didn’t stop KISS!  They had the makeup, but they still played some hellacious music!
Hey … I’m not about to deny that, bein’ a fan of theirs myself!  But, if ya notice (especially with Gene’s get-up), they’re actually dressed in a modified Kabuki fashion — and kabuki was a style of early-Japanese performers!

By the way … forget those words “had” and “played”.  Simmons & Co. are still kickin’ it, and are even workin’ on a new album (not a re-hash; it’ll have new material)!  Now, speakin’ of KISS:

THEY ROCKED A SICK CHILD

KISS singer/guitarist Paul Stanley brought a ton of joy to a sick child when he made a surprise phone call to the 11-year-old after learning of his battle with leukemia.

Christopher ‘Critter’ Smith was undergoing chemotherapy at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center in Ohio last week when he received the call.

At first, I thought it was just my dad messing with me,” he said. “When I realized it was really him, I was like, ‘Oh my God!’”

Stanley told Critter  to be strong and that he is praying for him. He also offered to send Critter KISS merchandise.

And if that wasn’t enough, the band’s drummer – Eric Singer – called a few hours later, inviting Critter to one of their concerts this summer to see the show and meet the band.

“I’ve never even been to a concert at all,” Critter said. “This is just so cool!”

KISS heard about the youngster’s cancer battle from a fan who read about his illness and his love of the band in a newspaper report. Incidentally, they’re due to kick off their next tour in Santiago on April 3.

Well, yardbirds, it’s about that time:  4:30 AM on the East Coast, 1:30 on the West,  9:30 in London — but, in Chicago, Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is?  Does Anybody Really Care?  Ahhh, well …

gotta catch a few zzzzz’s here in a few, so, until later this evening, I’ll …
see ya on the flip side!

The FORE and The FOO

THE FORE TO HEADLINE LIVERPOOL’S IPO!

One of the biggest indie events in music is the International Pop Overthrow (IPO) that’s staged in both the US and UK each year.  In the states, it’s already hit San Diego and Phoenixand is headin’ to Detroit on 8-11 April, then to Milwaukee on 30 April-3 May.
But, from 20-26 May, the show moves back to the famed Cavern Club in Liverpool … and that’s where you’re gonna see The Fore rockin’ the fans with raw rock energy! And they’ll be doin’ it from front (what statesiders call “center”) stage!
If you’re in or around the ‘Pool, ya won’t wanna miss it (and, hey … flights are cheaper now, statesiders (wink, hint, nudge …))!
They’ll be onstage Saturday, 23rd May @ 10.30pm then again on Sunday, 24th May @ 6.30pm in The Cavern Pub!

Oh yeah … I toldja I’d give ya the link to the ArtistFirst Radio show where you’ll be hearin’ the lads live in interview (as well as tracks from their hit CD, Run and Hide) on 11 April, 12 Noon EST. Okay … remember to click and bookmark this, yardbirds; you’re gonna want to be there:

‘Nuff said!

HEY … NOT A BAD QUESTION:

A bit earlier today, I found a piece of RelicMail (awww … I’ll get to that in a minute …) that slipped, lonely and nearly forgotten, under the back of the mailbox.  After wipin’ the dust off, I found it signed by 6 (count ‘em … six!) students at a Michigan uni!  They asked three questions (and wanted me to answer here … Sooooooooo …):

OK, Mr. Relic. Lets see how good u r.  We like the foo fighters.  Where didthey get their name?

FOOey!  Ask me somethin’ hard!  (btw, gladja like the band … but don’t look for ‘em to appear anytime soon.  As I understand it, Dave [Grohl] and compadres are takin’ a break from it all …)
But, to answer your question: the band got their name from a squadron of 1940s USAF  pilots whose mission was to … fight foo!  (Hey … I’m not kiddin’!  Read on:)  Y’see, if there were any radar reports of unidentified flying objects in a fly zone (objects that were nicknamed FOO), these guys would be dispatched to investigate and, if they were still unknown and wouldn’t respond to command, overtake or, if necessary, destroy them!
(What that has to do with rock, I don’t know … but it was a cool question!)
2 more questions:  What do u do besides blogging?  & U talk a lot about the fore who are great.  We got their complication.  When r theycoming to the US?

Well, I publish four blogs, three articles, two reviews, do some script-research, contact A&Rs, promotions and radio stations (web and “terrestrial”) on behalf of The Fore, answer emails, make calls, take care of my cats, check deposits (both bank and cat),  keep up with the latest feeds and news tickers … and that’s seven days a week.  On occasion, I’ll be called to do a personal appearance at a gig or general event as The Rock Relic.

Now, for your other question (ummm … it’s not, er, “complicated” …):
(’birds, I think they meant the compilation that’s on sale for a buck!  See below …)
Seems like everybody’s catchin’ the Fore Fever now!  And thanks for your comment!  Since they keep up with this blog, I know they’re gonna like what you said! And you may just be seein’ ‘em on-tour over here before long … the way things are moving for the band, it’s only a matter of time!
(btw, the compilation she’s talkin’ about — or I hope she was! lol — is a dynamite deal, especially if you’re on a tight budget!  Imagine … getting eight fab hits for just one dollar!  And all you’ve gotta do is visit here to place your order!)

Okay … that’s it for this edition! Check in tomorrow for more madness. Until then, I’ll …
see ya on the flip side!
